4. Refund Policy

4.1 Professional Services

Due to the customized nature of our appointments and the allocation of expert resources, service fees are non refundable. However, you may request to reschedule within 30 days of purchase by contacting us via the contact form. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

4.2 Information Products

Digital materials may be previewed prior to download. Once a file is accessed or downloaded, its fee is non refundable, as digital distribution precludes return. If you experience technical issues, please contact us to receive support or file correction.

4.3 Physical Goods

If you are not fully satisfied with a physical product, you may request a refund or swap within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused and in original packaging. Shipping costs for return are the customer’s responsibility. Upon receipt, we will process reimbursement via the original payment channel within 15 business days.

5. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. We will post updates on stubalhub.com and indicate the effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
